Diane,
I am sure that there must have been some misunderstanding as I know others had their certificates redeemed. It was really crazy and overwhelming with so many people turning out and for them this was the first big event as a new business. They also had extra help on hand that might not have have the right information...I hope you reconsider and give them another chance.

Sorry, I do not plan on supporting them. I purchased a cake there when they first opened and feel they are way overpriced and the cake was not that great. I did not mention it because it wasnt relevant. As far as the "crazy and overwhelming" they should have been prepared. A child should NEVER feel that he did something wrong because they would not accept his gift certifcate. There is no third chance for them from me.

I recently made a purchase from Giftalicious and met with one of the owners, Demetra Sirica. It was more than a pleasant experience. The service was exceptional and my guests were more than pleased. I was offered the grand opening 10% discount. As Dorothy said there might have been some misunderstanding. Just thought you might want to know.
