Mardi Gras at Bourbon Street

Bayside's only Cajun restaurant served up one heck of a Fat Tuesday party.

Shrimp jambalaya with corn bread goes great with Mardi Gras.
Praline cheesecake served with fresh whipped cream was one dessert option.

Those trying to nab a last minute seat at Tuesday's Bourbon Street party had no fat chance of landing one.

Every seat had been spoken for by happy diners donning beads and masks.

The bar got more and more packed as the evening went on. People who had never met before were clinking beer glasses, and posing together for photos.
