Flushing YMCA Offering Free Help with Filing Tax Returns
Attorneys and CPAs will provide assistance to low income residents on weekends in February, March and April.
Queens residents who need help with their taxes can get free assistance filing their returns on weekends at the Flushing YMCA.
Community Tax Aid Inc. will provide CPAs and attorneys to help low income taxpayers to file their tax returns from 11 p.m. to 4 p.m. on February 11, 18 and 25.
Assistance will also be available on March 3, 10, 24 and 31 as well as April 7 and 14.
In addition, city residents who are not dependant on another’s tax return can receive a school tax credit by filing their returns.
